Period Calculator License Agreement (License Agreement) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the copyright holder and contributors of this SOFTWARE (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "ours" below).

You may distribute, install, copy or use this SOFTWARE only as described in this License Agreement.

(1) SOFTWARE. The capitalized term SOFTWARE used in this License Agreement refers to the software product Period Calculator, any updates to it, and any associated online or electronic documentation.

(2) CHANGE. This License Agreement is subject to change. You will not be notified of any of the changes in this License Agreement. However, you may get a copy of the most updated License Agreement from the latest version of this SOFTWARE.

(3) RIGHTS. You may use the SOFTWARE without charge for non-commercial and personal purposes only. You may make unlimited copies of this SOFTWARE and distribute it to anyone, provided you only distribute the original installation file and you have no commercial intent.

(4) RESTRICTIONS. You may not reduce the SOFTWARE to human readable form, reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE. You may not distribute any modified or patched program of this SOFTWARE. You may not distribute or use this SOFTWARE for any promotional, commercial or value-added purpose without an express written permission from us. You may not distribute or use this SOFTWARE for any illegal purpose. You may not remove any copyright label displayed on or in this SOFTWARE.

(5) SUPPORT. No technical support of any kind is provided. However, at our own discretion, we may provide support to you via E-mail. We may use any information you provided as part of obtaining support.

(6) NO WARRANTIES. We expressly disclaim any warranty for this SOFTWARE. This SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The SOFTWARE is provided with all faults, and the entire risk as to satisfactory, quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.

(7) NO LIABILITY. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, special, incidental, direct or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages to hardware or software system, data loss, loss of profits, loss of information or any other loss) while installing, uninstalling, using or misusing this SOFTWARE, even if we have been advised of the possibilities of such damages. Use this SOFTWARE at your own risk.

(8) INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any loss, damages, fines and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims based on your act or omission or alleged act or omission that constitutes a violation of this License Agreement.

(9) COPYRIGHT. All copyrights to this SOFTWARE are owned by us. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All copyrights to all other components, software and products belong to their respective owners. All trademarks are properties of their respective owners.

(10) TERMINATION. This License Agreement terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. If your License Agreement terminates, you must cease to distribute, install or use this SOFTWARE and remove all copies of this SOFTWARE from your storage devices. The termination of this License Agreement does not limit us other rights we may have by law.
